Marketing Communications Management
The Marketing Communications Management programme is a pathway designed for communications and marketing professionals who are ready to move beyond creative execution and start operating as genuine architects of commercial go-to-market capability.
In the first two weeks, participants build the messaging discipline, channel literacy, and commercial alignment required to translate brand and product strategy into clear, consistent communications that reduce execution risk for sales, retail, and leadership partners. In weeks three and four, the focus shifts to integrated GTM strategy, data-driven influence, and the commercial judgment required to defend MarCom investment in executive conversations and lead omnichannel campaigns with financial accountability. In the final four weeks, participants develop the enterprise thinking, reputation governance capability, and executive presence required to operate as a trusted C-suite adviser and enterprise narrative leader.
This programme teaches not just what great marketing communications looks like, but develops professionals who can make their capability visible in the language that earns trust, budget authority, and advancement inside real organizations.
What You'll Learn
Frame and
Translate
How to understand marketing communications as a commercial go-to-market system, not a creative function, and translate brand and product strategy into a Messaging Architecture that creates credible, investable signals for customers, retail partners, and executive decision-makers.
Plan and
Execute
How to design and manage integrated communications execution across paid, earned, and owned channels — producing a Channel Execution Plan and content calendar that delivers consistency and commercial alignment under real operational constraints.
Integrate and Influence
How to lead integrated GTM communications strategy across sales, product, and retail functions without formal authority — building a GTM Messaging Architecture with the ROI logic and commercial alignment that earns budget authority and cross-functional trust.
Defend with Data
How to use attribution analytics and performance data to shape executive narratives and defend MarCom investment, producing an Executive Communications Performance Review that frames the argument in the commercial language decision-makers act on.
Govern and Protect
How to design enterprise-level communications and reputation systems — developing an Enterprise Communications Strategy & Reputation Governance Framework that protects and builds trust across customer, trade, investor, and public stakeholder groups.
Advance with intent
How to position yourself for the next level by understanding how organizations decide who is ready, and building the habits, artifacts, and professional presence that make that case without you having to make it yourself.
Capstone Project
The Expert capstone is the culminating demonstration of enterprise communications leadership readiness. Building on the strategic and governance foundations established across the full programme, participants develop and defend a comprehensive Board-Ready Enterprise Communications & Reputation Strategy before a panel of senior practitioners.
The thesis integrates an Enterprise Communications Strategy & Reputation Governance Framework that covers stakeholder architecture, narrative governance, trust-building systems, and reputation risk management across the full portfolio; and an Executive Influence & Narrative Leadership Plan that includes the board communication framework, change communications architecture, and crisis governance model.
You do not leave with a certificate of completion. You leave with evidence.
