Customer Relations, Service, and Experience Management
This programme is a pathway designed for customer service, customer relations, and customer experience professionals on both the vendor and retailer side, who are ready to move beyond resolving problems and start operating as genuine architects of customer trust. Customer Relations, Customer Service, and Customer Experience are not support functions. They are the commercial system that instills trust and protects it after the sale.
In the first two weeks, participants build the empathy discipline, communication standards, and structured problem-solving capability required to handle customer interactions with confidence and professional judgment — consistently, not just when conditions are favourable. In weeks three and four, the focus shifts to relationship leadership, service design, and the cross-functional influence required to represent the customer credibly inside the organization, design recovery and prevention systems that retain loyalty, and build the internal coalitions that produce customer outcomes no single function can deliver alone. In the final four weeks, participants develop the enterprise thinking, governance capability, and executive presence required to design the CX operating systems, escalation architectures, and accountability frameworks that make customer trust protection a structural property of the organization, not a talent-dependent exception.
This programme teaches not just what great customer relations looks like, but develops professionals who can make their capability visible in the language that earns organizational influence, commercial trust, and advancement inside real organizations.
What You'll Learn
Understand
and Map
How to treat customer relations as a strategic commercial discipline, not a support function, and build a Customer Trust Map that identifies the key moments where trust is won or lost in your specific service context and how each is currently being managed.
Communicate
and Resolve
How to handle customer interactions with empathy, professional judgment, and structured problem-solving — developing a Personal Communication Standard with empathy framework and high-friction protocol, and an Issue Resolution Framework with root cause methodology and escalation decision guide.
Design
and Prevent
How to map service journeys where failure occurs and design recovery and prevention systems that retain loyalty — producing a Service Recovery & Prevention Plan and a Customer Trust Improvement Plan that earns investment approval from senior commercial and operations leaders.
Influence
and Advocate
How to represent the customer credibly inside the organization — building an Internal Advocacy Framework with stakeholder map and investment case that influences operations, supply chain, and commercial leaders who have different priorities and different risk tolerances.
Govern
and Scale
How to architect the enterprise CX operating systems and governance frameworks that make trust protection repeatable at scale — developing a CX Operating System & Governance Framework with escalation architecture, metrics design, and an Enterprise CX Strategy with competitive differentiation rationale and financial model.
Advance
with Intent
How to position yourself for the next level by understanding how organizations decide who is ready, and building the habits, artifacts, and professional presence that make that case without you having to make it yourself.
Capstone Project
The Expert capstone is the culminating demonstration of enterprise customer experience leadership readiness. Participants develop and defend a comprehensive Board-Ready Enterprise Trust Operating System Blueprint before a panel of senior practitioners, reviewed explicitly as a business investment decision. The panel assesses whether the system reduces organizational risk, strengthens customer trust at scale, and creates governance the enterprise can sustain without depending on any individual leader.
The thesis integrates an Enterprise CX Strategy with competitive differentiation rationale, financial model, and ecosystem governance framework; a CX Operating System & Governance Framework covering escalation architecture, metrics design, and incentive alignment; and an Executive Customer Risk & Decision Framework with board-level narrative template and high-stakes situation response protocol, defended live with active challenge from the panel.
You do not leave with a certificate of completion. You leave with evidence.
